Collect+ launched its disruptive alternative PUDO solution to the Post Office in February 2009, aimed at a convenience parcel solution for Returns initially for online and multi-channel retailers via their local corner shops and garages using consumer SaaS technology.
At the time the launch in the UK was to disrupt the market for the consumer and offer them an alternative returns journey from the retailer.
Collect+ was the first pick up and drop off alternative to the Royal Mail Post Office . I was part of the team that create the first click&collect proposition for the retailer consumer checkout.
Delivered 140+ Tier 1–2 client wins, exceeding sales targets by 125% YoY. won over £1 million of new business year on year with my largest client being John Lewis.
